Check-In: A team coach or manager is required to check-in at the Administration Tent on Friday starting at 3 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  At that time you are to bring original valid Affinity signed roster, valid player cards, Game Day Roster with Guest Players, guest player roster & cards, medical release forms for each player, and required emergency contact information sheet. NO team will be permitted to check into the dorm or permitted to play their first game until the documents necessary are completed and handed in to the tournament committee.

Prepare 2 Game Day Rosters (GDR) from Affinity for each game and give to Field Marshal at check-in on field.  Player’s jersey number is required to be listed.

Coaches please make sure you get your roster and player cards at the conclusion of each game from Field Marshal.

U-11 & Older Team Volunteer: The 1-hour volunteer time per team, those schedules will be emailed. For questions, please contact Cristine Henderson at cris@guidesign.com. Please have your team’s volunteer report to the Administration tent for assignment.

U-10 Volunteer: The Open Tournament will be using 1 certified referee and a volunteer linesman from each of the teams in your games.  Please have an assistant coach, parent or adult (18 years or older) spectator with your team introduce him/herself to the center referee prior to the start of the each game.  The position can be held by the same person in all games or a different person in each game.  The center referee will instruct your volunteer of his/her duties.  Your U-10 team will not be required to volunteer elsewhere in the tournament as stated in the rules.

The U10 games are Festival style (no advancing).

U10 Goalkeepers in possession of the ball (hands) must distribute ball within their own half of the field. Failure to do so will result in an indirect kick awarded to the opponent at the halfway line.

Team is to report to game field 30 minutes prior to game start, dressed and ready to be checked in by Field Marshal.  It is very important during the tournament to remain on schedule. Lightning will cause delay of game 30 minutes after last strike.

Home Team is responsible for providing game ball.  In the event of color conflict, the home team changes color. All teams must have alternate color jersey or pinnie.

Good Luck to all players and teams.

No Pets, No Smoking or Alcohol permitted at Edinboro University.
ZERO ‘0’ TOLERANCE WILL BE IN EFFECT AT THIS TOURNAMENT FOR ALL IN ATTENDANCE
